I have Verizon Dollars. I want to apply them to my bill. When I click "Go to bill payment" on the dashboard, I receive a 404 error:
The requested URL /ui/bill/secure/pb was not found on this server.
Hello, wzeallor! Verizon Dollars are a great benefit, so I want them to redeem successfully. Are you trying to use them in the Verizon app or the website. Please clear your cache/cookies or reset the app, then try again. Please let us know if this helps. -Tracy
