The error “this phone is out of order” has got to go, benw3. Is it the t2000 model that’s being used?
If it is that device, I suspect that it’s call forwarding and/or voicemail that is causing that recording to be heard when people call you phone.
To eliminate call forwarding from this list of suspects, using your device dial *73 . You will hear a confirmation tone, at which point you can hang up.
