I signed up for the Verizon Wireless Disney+ bundle with ESPN and Hulu two months ago and have had no success in getting Hulu's billing switched over to Verizon. I've spent more than 12 hours on calls with Hulu and Disney+. They admit that this is a known issue, but do nothing to remedy the issue. Since switching over, I've had to pay for Hulu on my own. What is the next step? I have three escalated trouble tickets with Hulu and Disney+, but I get no response unless I go back into chat and wait forever to speak to someone who takes me back through the same steps of deleting my account (and all of my saved shows, profiles, and approved devices) just to get the same white screen (https://signup.hulu.com/bundles/switch) after clicking on the Hulu button in the Disney+ account settings page (https://www.disneyplus.com/account). I'm told that a lot of people have this issue. What can be done about it?
That is a terribly long time to be dealing with this billing issue. Make sure that the the steps being taken to activate Hulu in the Disney+ Bundle are being followed carefully. The steps that are listed below:
If necessary, visit www.disneyplus.com from your web browser, log in to your Disney+ account then tap Activate Hulu.
Additionally, you can use the Disney+ app on your smartphone / tablet to 'Activate Hulu':
Open the Disney+ app.
If necessary, sign in using the email address and password used when creating your Disney+ account.
Tap the Profile icon (lower-right) then tap Account.
Under 'Subscriptions' tap Disney+.
You may see Disney Bundle but should still tap Disney+.
If you don't see Disney+, use the web browser.
Under 'My Disney Services' tap Hulu (may only be visible by scrolling down).
If prompted, tap Chrome.
Do one of the following:
If the email address used to sign up for the Disney Bundle is associated with an active Hulu account:
Ensure the correct email address is listed then enter your password.
If you forgot your password, tap Forgot your password/email?, enter your email address then tap SEND ME A RESET LINK.
A link to reset your password is sent and may take up to 15 minutes to be delivered.
Tap LOG IN.
If you need to create a Hulu account:
Enter the required info (e.g., EMAIL, PASSWORD, etc.).
Ensure the same email address used for your Disney+ account is entered.
Tap OPEN THE HULU APP to begin streaming your favorites.

When I click on the Hulu link added to my Disney plus website it will allow my email and password then it goes to a white blank screen once I try to activate it.
