Ellipses 8 won't charge

When I plug in my tablet, it shows it's charging for a split second and then a ? Shows up and stops charging. Any ideas???

Are you using the supplied AC adapter and charging cable?

Yes I am. I even tried a different one to see if the charger was the

problem and it did the same thing.

In the world of consumer electronics and wall warts with near identical power connectors, using the wrong one happens all the time. If you tried another with the same results it seems to me the next step is calling Customer Service (800) 922-0204. Hopefully they’ll be able to resolve the issue.

I have done the same. Use only the charger plug that comes with it. There must be a different voltage used in charging. To go mobile to charge I use a charger with two voltages. As in phone/laptop.

IIRC, Li-Ion charging systems start the charger when the battery voltage is low enough to prevent overcharging, using constant current and then switches to constant voltage when the battery is approximately 90% charged and continues until any cell reaches 4.21-4.22V when charging ends.
