***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I have a ellipsis MHS800L and no matter where its at if its charging it will say no service, is this normal? If so is there any way to change it having to go without internet just so the jetpack can charge kinda sets me back sometimes . Thanks Reese.

This is not normal. It sounds like you need the device serviced or replaced. Try taking it to a Verizon Wireless Corporate Store or call Customer Service (800) 922-0204.

thank you very much this jetpack is hardly 2 months old and its done this since the first day i turned it on so i thought maybe it was a feature that it had but after many annoying days of waiting for it to charge so i can get on the internet i thought id research it. thank you i will definatly be getting ahold of verizon about it now
