My ellipsis Jetpack suddenly won't connect to the Internet. I have had it since August & it's been fine. I have powered it off, unplugged it, took out the SIM card and put it back and restarted it. Seems to be working fine, but no internet connectivity.
Well that certainly is odd for it to just up and take a vacation on you! Let's wake this jetpack up and running the way it should. Does the jetpack show that it has signal, like 3G or 4G? What type of devices are you connecting up to the jetpack?

That definitely sounds frustrating as it does display signal and service, Chapmanchows. Is this your only device with Verizon Wireless service? Does your iPhone have a data connection if it is with us?
I recommend taking your jetpack to the nearest direct VZW store for additional troubleshooting. It sounds like the SIM card may be the issue. http://bit.ly/3SdsA We can replace it for free, and make sure it is back to normal again! Please keep us posted!

Went to Verizon store and the Jetpack was bad. They are sending me a new one but by the time I get it, I will have been without my wifi for an entire week. This is my third product that "just went bad" in the last year from Verizon. I am very disappointed and getting very frustrated. I pay almost $300 a month for 2 phones and Internet service. Seems like I am not getting very good products and service for all that money. 😞
