I've been on vacation and trying to suspend service for the two phones on my account, but every time I try, I get the error message:
"Service is not available at this time. Please try again later".
How can I suspend my services during my vacation?
I have never suspended my service, therefore I believe I have not extended
that period. I am outside the country and I am accessing through that link,
but I still cannot suspend it. I want all my active lines suspended for the
maximum possible period, can you guys take care of it, or is there any
other way around it? It's simply not working though the site.
