Firmware download for Pantech UML295 USB modem

Where can I download the latest firmware for the Pantech UML295 USB modem?  I have several units and each has a different firmware version installed.  When using the web GUI to "check for updates" they all say no newer firmware is available.

Typically, you need to leave it on and idle for a short period of time and Verizon will push the update to it. You can call Customer Service (800) 294-0204 and perhaps they can help with units that will not update. Verizon doesn’t make firmware available for downloading.

Thanks. I had seen these links before.

I have left the modems on overnight but never called to ask the download to be "forced".

For all of Verizon's previous USB modems (including the Pantech UML290) they had Windows based firmware installers available via vzam.net
