We have the same problem and cannot find how to turn it off, nor can I see an actual answer from Verizon on any of these posts. Please advise how to turn this notification off.
Verizon doesn’t have an answer. Go in and turn the watch on silent mode from 1am - 8am. That has worked for us since doing that. We never hear it go off.
We're very sorry to hear that the chime sound of your Gizmo Watch 2 device is needed to be resolved by placing it in Silent Mode, rtthomas. Although that is a great work around solution, we do want to find the permanent solution that will ensure that Silent Mode is not needed to be placed on the device each night.
