My daughter's Gizmo watch is 14 months old and the speaker is so scratchy that you cannot understand anything during a call. I've tried resetting it, etc and nothing works. She cannot use it to make any calls to us, nor can she understand anything I say when I call her. It has not been near any water, nor has any damage whatsoever. I hope I can get this fixed. I can not go into a store during the current COVID-19 quarantine so hoping this can be resolved remotely. I don't like paying a monthly fee for something that does not work properly.
