Gizmo watch going black

The gizmo watch is going black when my son is trying to text my husband. It works fine when he is trying to text me. We have shut it off and on. I looked at the settings it all seems the same.

I am a mother myself and I understand the importance of your child to being able to text his father Luskkatie. I am sure we will get to the bottom of this and help you. When did all of this start? Do you have any issues making calls to either one of you? Please elaborate. AmberF_VZW

I had this issue with ours as well.  We deleted the watch from the mommy app, then deleted the app on the phone (his fathers) he was having an issue texting.  Then we reinstalled it on both and it worked fine after.  Hope this helps!
