Just bought a new GizmoWatch 2. In trying to set up GizmoHub on an iPhone, it says our account/phone number/email is already associated with a GizmoTab, which is incompatible. And the login process fails after that.
We owned a GizmoTab a few years ago, but no longer. How do we remove the tablet from our account if the account won't let us in as a result of the Tablet? Kind of a chicken/egg situation.
Support is stumped.

I ultimately had to pull out the old cracked Gizmo tablet that would barely charge, wipe it clean, shut it down, pull the sim, boot, shut down, put the sim card back, boot, try to register to a dummy email account.....one of those steps ultimately removed the association to my wife's email/phone number.
Not at all a good way to design an app/service. You should never have to find a 4 year old device in order to be allowed to associate a new device with an account!
