I have a upgraded Home Phone Connect LVP2, when people try to call it goes straight to voicemail and then message of Mailbox full? I don't have a voice mailbox on this box (or at lease I didn't think I did" my phone has Voicemail and I didn't set up Voicemail with Verizon when I purchased the Home Phone Connect? This is first problem
Second is that when I try to call out on my phone I get a busy signal, not a clear line. Then sometimes there is no signal. This all started a week ago? Never had this problem before. My phone is a very good phone never had a problem before. This Home Phone Connect replacement because the old one I had for years and years worked perfectly. Version sent me a letter saying it will be obsolete and I need to upgrade. This started all the problems.
Oh, gosh! Sorry to learn you are having issues with your new device, cpharris22! We certainly want to make sure you can get all your calls and make calls from your home phone! When you got the new device, did activate the new connect to replace your old one on your account?
We have the same issues. Also, how do you connect other phones in the house to the new home connect LVP2? Our older home connect phone worked great. The new one not so well.
Only one phone and/or fax machine can be connected to the Home Phone Connect, but if your phone supports multiple handsets then they would not require a direct connection to the Home Phone unit. Is there a specific issue that you are having with a phone connection? -Russell
