(HomeFusion) Is there anyway to view data usage via TG790 router admin?

We have the 20gb plan, and just got an alert that we've used 75% of that, 5 days after the monthly usage reset.

I checked the Data Utilization & over 2 days, we supposedly used 15gb.

My wife & I have our phones set to not update apps at all.

I have a bandwidth monitor on my computer & it used less than 1gb over those 2 days.

My wife has a laptop, but doesn't use it that much. She also has a tablet, but updates are disabled on that as well.

We don't stream movies or anything. Our satellite TV has been disconnected from the WiFi for months, as our 2yr old somehow downloaded a couple movies in the past.

So.. I logged into the router, but I can't find any logs or anything to show what data was used, when.

I'd like to see which IP address the data came from. Is this possible?

Thanks, but I was only able to see when the data was used, not for which device. However, I found that on my phone, I could enable Wi-Fi usage under Settings > Data Usage. Click the 3 dots & there's an option to view Wi-Fi.

Turns out, Verizon Cloud was the culprit. Apparently it backed up during the Android 5.0 system update.....

For anyone else with this issue, you can disable the cloud altogether under Settings > Application Manager.

Hopefully we can get by on 5gb the rest of the month!

Hello websiteperson! I'm confident that I would want to know the same thing you do now: Where did all that data usage come from?? The best way to answer that is to actually log into your account online at VerizonWireless.com. There, you'll be able to see full data usage details.
