Use your browser and login to the user interface at http://192.168.1.1, the default password should be on the bottom of the Jetpack or under the battery. Follow the guidelines in the User Manual. Wi-Fi Settings start on page 21 and end on page 26. The network name is called the SSID. Network security is WPA2-PSK and the password is 8 to 63 characters.

When you change the SSID you have to reconnect to the Jetpack. If you change the password you have to enter the new password to reconnect to the Jetpack.

You can Reset the Jetpack to its default settings to regain control of the Jetpack if necessary.

You can call Verizon Wireless Customer Service (800) 922-0204 and speak to an agent. Be sure they understand you want to change the SSID and WPA2-PSK Wi-Fi Password.
