How can I delete jetpack from account?

I currently have my Jetpack suspended from my account, but now I no longer need or want the Jetpack.   How do I delete this device from my account so that it does not automatically activate after the suspend period.

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 or stop by a corporate store to cancel the jetpack line of service. If you are under contract for that line, you will be charged with a early termination fee.

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 or stop by a corporate store to cancel the jetpack line of service. If you are under contract for that line, you will be charged with a early termination fee.
