How can I get my GizmoPal 2 to make sounds?

I just bought a GizmoPal 2 however it does not make a hello sound or goodbye sound. The device will not ring when called and even though I can hear someone speaking through the device they cannot hear me. What is wrong? I just purchased this device today. The volume is turned to level 7 through the app.

This Gizmopal 2 is an awesome device. We want it to work like it's intended to work for you Rshrp89. To update the notifications/ sound, seelect the GizmoHub app on your android phone>settings>sound&display. Is quiet mode or time enabled? We want this resolved for you asap.
