Hum Speaker

My hum speaker volume is extremely low, and it's unable to be used for bluetooth,  is the any way to fix it?

Are the volume buttons not working?

I can hear them clicking,  but it doesn't seem to make it any louder.

NOTHDUTE, we know the importance of being able to hear the audio from all devices. HUM has not reported any known issues with low value with their devices. 

Have you tried raising the volume from your phone instead of the device? If that does not help, then it would be best to contact HUM directly at 1-800-711-5800.
