My Hum device stopped holding a charge after only 3 months of use. Is this normal?
Of course this is not normal as the battery is a rechargeable battery and not disposable....
Since it is past the 14 day return/exchange period but within the 1 year warranty period, you may contact customer service to have them send you a new Hum unit (as long as there is no physical damage to the equipment) at which point you would mail back the defective device.
I echo the community in their opinion that this is not normal. Let’s turn this around, THREADBARE2. There are some steps that can be found here that may get this back on the right path.
