Jetpack MiFi 6620L loses connection since last software update

I have the MiFi 6620L.  About 2 weeks ago it got a software update.  It says it has SW 2.0.  Ever since then every morning it shows 0 connected devices, and nothing is able to connect to it or see it.  If I ask it to get the data usage, it cannot retrieve that information.  The status screen shows it has 4G signal, and shows the little wifi icon, but there are no connected devices.  If I turn it off it stays stuck at "MiFi Powering Off".  If I pull the battery, and turn it back on it starts working fine again.  I don't want have to pull the battery every morning.  Any suggestions on how to fix this to be more reliable?  Some sort of factory reset maybe?

Thanks

Here is a link to the troubleshooting guide:

In that link is a troubleshooting assistant online tool, I would try that first.

Within that link should also be how to do a hard reset if the online or other suggestions don't work.

Thanks for the help.  That troubleshooting assistant talks about if you can't get connected or have problems in general.  My issue is more of a intermittent/reliability problem.  It works fine for a while...  I've gone ahead and done the factory reset, and will monitor it to see if that resolves the problem.  I'm hoping...

How long have you had the Jetpack? It may just need a new SIM card.

I bought it brand new from a Verizon store about 2 months ago.  It was working perfect until the software update.

Did you also check to make sure the firmware was up to date on the jetpack?

This is definitely odd, beiley. I appreciate you trying the reset. Please keep us posted if the issue continues.

I see nothing about firmware in the jetpack info page.  So, I guess, no, I haven't done anything to the firmware.  If I look at the info page it just says SW 2.0.

If I remember, sometimes the link for the software is in the PDF file.

That PDF is talking about the benefits of the 2.0 software update, which I already have.  This is the software update that broke it.  I think this 2.0 software is the firmware.  I don't think there is a separate firmware from this 2.0 software...
