Can someone please tell me why my jet pack is telling there is no data available??? I just took it out of the box and it is taking forever

I would assume you are referring to the usage meter that is supposed to tell you how much data you have remaining on your plan.  If you happen to have a shared data plan then this feature may not work for you as I have noticed with some of my Jetpacks.  In other cases you need to wait for VZW to synch  up everything on the back end so that your Jetpack can start reporting in real time.
