Just got a new laptop running Windows 10. Is Access Mgr V 7.6.0 compatible? I get a WMC100 error when trying to connect.

Like the subject line says, I get a WMC100 error when trying to connect. Obviously since I can't get on the internet, I won't be able to download any updates so maybe there's a newer version of the software that I have to get from Verizon? The ULM290 works fine in my XP machine and Macbook running OS X.

I should probably mention that the vzam.net download site only goes to Windows 8.1 and when I tried executing that update I got a message saying that the file won't run on my computer.

Is the modem listed in Device Manager and if so in what category?

Is there a yellow exclamation point in the listing?

Is there an entry for it in Network Connections?
