LTE Internet Installed - NAT
john9000
Newbie

I will be moving to an area without regular broadband internet coverage. Verizon and a couple other providers offer 4G LTE in that area. I have found the following product Verizon Wireless - Explore - LTE Internet (Installed)

If I use that to play XBOX One, what NAT will I have? Strict, moderate or open?

I know that using a MiFi with a router causes a strict NAT and a USB modem with a router a moderate.

Thanks

HomeFusion - now re-branded as Internet Installed - is the only mobile broadband product that comes without the VZW NAT firewall feature.  This is because Internet Installed customers are allocated a full public IP address along with their subscription to that service.  Xbox will see your NAT as Open.

Yes.  All mobile broadband products from VZW come with NAT enabled, except Internet Installed.
