I've tried to call in and get the extra data for loyalty for customers with data plans only but it is not offered. Just because I have a data only plan doesn't mean people with data only shouldn't get the same loyalty offer. It's really quite unfair. The money I spend on data is just as much if not more than someone with texts and minutes.
You could call again hoping to get a different agent with a different answer.
Of course, sometimes an answer you don't like may be the only answer you will get.
