I would start by resetting your Jetpack with the Reset button under the back cover. If a reset does not clear up the problem for your then your Jetpack is not properly able to boot and will require servicing or replacement. I'd contact VZW for warranty replacement options from there.
Oh my, myklemonroe. I rely on my device to work when needed and know how important it is for yours to work as well. Let’s check further into this and see what’s going on. Have you powered the device off and removed the sim? How long has the device been like this? Has there been any damage to the device?

1. Turn off Jetpack
2. Remove SIM card
3. Turn on Jetpack and wait for several minutes as it goes thru various menus (including “please wait” again).
4. Eventually it should say “no SIM found”.
5. Insert SIM card and wait a few minutes as it goes thru a couple of menus. One menu says something like “no service available”. Don’t worry, the next menu should show “Verizon 4 GLTE” then you’re good to go!
