My Jetpack worked great until Monday. Now, I can't get 4G and instead it cycles from 3G to 1x. My laptop says I have full signal strength, but there's a yellow triangle with an exclamation point saying "more login information is required." The only website I can access is the "My Jetpack" site and even when I enter the password, nothing changes. I've rebooted both my laptop and the device multiple times. I also checked out the diagnostics and there is no 4G signal. What can I do so that I can connect to the internet again?
