As the title says, I need help to reset the Diagnostic Error Codes. Having the codes tripped and displayed is great but I addressed the mechanical issues today and would like to be able to clear/reset these codes to ensure the issues are resolved. My Hum unit is Hum + Gen 1 and I have not been able to find anywhere on the App or Web Page to do this. Thank you.
We are sorry to hear that your DTC alert has not cleared from your Hum app after your repair was done. Typically before the alert will clear the vehicle will need to complete a full drive cycle of at least 5-10 miles so the error code can register as repaired.
