Network Extender with Cox Gigabit

Is anyone using the Samsung Network Extender on the Cox Gigabit network with the Netgear R6300v2 router?  Mine was working fine until I upgraded to the Gigabit services.

If the upgrade included a new (modem) gateway from Cox this is likely the problem. You may have to login to it and put your router’s WAN IP address in the DMZ. Cox may also be using IPv6 and I’m not sure what affect that might have on it.

What brand and model modem or gateway device is it and do you have its login credentials?
