New Razr problem with file transfer

When I transfer a picture from my new RAZR to my PC with Bluetooth, the file extension is not included with the file name. The .jpg is left off. This causes me to have to rename every file I transfer on my PC.

I checked the phone and the extension is on the file but it gets transfered to the PC with some arbitrary 4 digit number for a file name with no extension. Anyone else have this issue? How can this be fixed? Motorola Chat support was useless.

Have you tried transferring the files using the USB cable instead to see if it does the same thing?
