I received a Novatel T2000 from Verizon. After receiving a voicemail, I call Verizon voicemail, listen and delete the messages, but the T2000 continues to issue a voicemail stutter dial tone. It will not clear unless I turn the T2000 poer off and back on.
I have had numerous calls to Verizon support, fone through all the resets many times, and they have sent me a replacement device that does exactly the same thing! It is frustrating.
Either the device is incompatible with the Verizon network or all of them are not working correctly.
Any ideas? (January 2020)
Spencerdnelson, being able to manage your voicemails is essential to your wireless experience, and we're here to help! To gain clarity, please elaborate on what you mean by a voicemail stutter dial tone. When you look at your Wireless Home Phone Connect (Novatel T2000) display, do you see a new voicemail indication after you've deleted your voicemail?
