Recently been getting extremely poor reception on Verizon Wireless Home Phone Model F256VWQB which I purchased 5 years ago for my Dad. Looking for trouble-shooting tips for this unit which is of course just a box that took the place of his landline system. There is no Wi-Fi where this box is located so an extender is not an option. Wondering if a newer replacement model would fix this issue but not sure if it would.
