My Samsung net work doesn't work well at all. Most calls are interrupted with a lot of shuttering when ever the internet is used during a call. Can't what other person is saying when ever they speak cause that's when it decides to shutter.
Look no further help is here! Was the network extender purchased through VZW? When did you start having issues with the network extender? Do you have other phones connecting to the network extender that are having the same issues?

My extender has all solid blue lights, my cell has five bars and we still cannot understand the person calling and they can not understand us. Tried 'chat' 3 times - the last time we were told that tech support ticket was started and we would receive an email in 5 minutes. Still have received no help. Samsung was just purchased from vzw. Very frustrated and upset about changing to Verizon.
“Cannot understand” is a bit vague.
Are the words broken, choppy or jittery?
Are parts of sentence structures missing?
Otherwise, why is, or what makes, it unintelligible?
Who is your internet provider and in what zip code?
What is the advertised, as well as the measured speed, both upload and download?
What brand and model modem and router is it?
