I had a second Cantennae installed on August 5th. Two days later it stopped working. I made numerous calls and finally after one week found that you immdiately are told you must file a claim with Assurion or Assurite which I did after finally getting that information from customer service after a week. They said someone would call me. I waited three days, no phone call. Then I started the laborious work of getting through level 1 and level 2 support and their records verified I called but someone failed to notify Assurite that I need service. Again told someone would call on after they reached a service tech in my area. Four days later, no call so I called Assurion and got the same story. So here's my question: With Verizon selling something in an area where they have little or no service, do I have a case with the N.C. Department of Justice consumer fraud? Has anyone ever done that to get service from Verizon?
