This is the only place I think this would belong. I have a Red hydrogen one that keeps dropping service frequently. After completing any troubleshooting steps it will connect for about three minutes before dropping service again. Rebooting did not resolve the issue. Removing and replacing the Sim card did not resolve the issue. Hard resetting the device did not resolve the issue.
I just finished paying off the device but I wanted to go awhile longer before upgrading again. I have an Asurion plan on the phone and I replaced it through them less than a year ago. When I try to open a ticket through them they direct me to check my warranty with Verizon. Well, I don't have a warranty through Verizon anymore as I just finished paying it off for two years. When I try to access that in the My Verizon app it just directs me to Asurion. I would call them, but I can't maintain a signal for long enough to make the call. I turned on wifi calling but it still won't work. I suspect my internet is too slow.
I have no clue what to do or how to do it. I can't file a claim and I can't call to address it in person. I could go to a Verizon store in person but they'll just tell me to file a claim with Asurion as they replaced it last and I pay for the insurance. I genuinely don't know what to do.
I do apologize to the issues and the miscommunication it seems that you have been having with regards to getting your device issues taken care of. I know how important it is for us to stay connected these days. I would like for us to look closer into this matter.
