Is the HUM the biggest waste of money that I've ever seen?

The problem is that reps either don't know what they're doing or they're lying about it.  The same thing happened with our Ellipsis 7 tablets.  They both stopped working and we were told it would cost more to disconnect the lines than it would to just keep them on the account.  Now, I've got this useless Hum with a broken call button on the speaker (so it can't pair with my phone) and the GPS in the dongle stops working every time the car is turned off but we're still paying $10 a month and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone from Hum itself.
