Return label (8 months 7 attempts)

I’ve made 7 attempts in 8 months to get a shipping label sent. It’s been costing me an extra $40 a month. It’s extremely frustrating! I’m at my wits end, can someone please just send me a shipping label to return my old phone as part of my upgrad?

Mikead18, getting a return kit should never be difficult. We will be pleased to help. Once you trade in your device online a trade in submission ID is provided to you and a return shipping kit is sent to you. You have 30 days to return the device you traded in.
