I recently purchased the Samsung Network extender SCS-2U01 and it has never worked properly. Just spend an infuriating 45 minutes on phone with Verizon tech support only to be told I needed to be transferred to Samsung, who said based on the lights I am showing on my device it is Verizon's issue and not theirs!!
PWR light and WAN light are good and solid Blue. System light is fast flashing red and GPS is solid magenta. I have tried unplugging, restarting both this device and modem it's connected to, same results in lights and stays that way for days. Any advice on how to make this thing work properly?
I had one prior to VZW constructing a new tower near my home about 2 years ago...I had the EXACT same problems you are having. I never got the dang thing to work...it's sitting in a box somewhere in the garage. VZW would never help me and Samsung's technical support was even worse!
