Support Request Broken

When I try to log a support request on Verizon's site, the page will just sit and spin forever after clicking submit.

Support -> Contact us -> Mobile -> Billing and payment -> Questions about your new bill -> Support request -> Submit -> Nothing

Been trying to submit this from multiple devices:

"Recently, service was lost in my area for about a week. I called and the agent told me that I
needed to upgrade my plan in order to get service back. He also told me multiple times that my
monthly bill would be $x/mo. after the upgrade. Upgrading did not restore service (nothing
worked even after going to the physical store and upgrading sim)! Service came back magically a
few days later. Anyway, my bill is far more than what was noted".
