I completed a trade-in and was issued an e-gift card but I'm not able to use it and keep receiving and error stating the card number or PIN is incorrect. I've talked to numerous CRs and haven't gotten any results. Is there a way to reset a gift card PIN or something? All I want to do is apply it to my phone bill for this month.
