Does anyone here experiencing data usage won't appear on your jetpack and also on admin website? It says 0 MB/unlimited..I looked up on my vzw.com and it says i had used up 4GB of my 10GB data..which is weird since I just got the jetpack last week. I tried everything from restarting to factory default reset still it doesn't showed up..
Remove and reinstall the battery and SIM Card. Windows 8/10 attempts to preserve settings during power off, click Start > Power > Shift/Shut Down to defeat it. Ad and cookie blocking may be affecting you, disable both and try. You might dump cookies and the internet cache as well -- there's a program called Crap Cleaner which makes clean up easier (don't use the registry cleaner).
