Verizon Jetpack® 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot 890L can't connect to internet

I am using a Verizon Jetpack® 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot 890L for wifi and am unable to connect to the internet. I have tried connect via it using both an iPad and a MacBook. I am able to connect to the device without issue but when I try to access the internet I am unable to. I know it isn't a connection issue because I'm able to use my iPhone as a personal hot spot without issue. Is there some setting on the Jetpack that I have overlooked?

We always want to make sure everything works great with your service! That's crucial. When was the last time this device worked for you? Have you tried restarting it? Do you get any error when trying to get online?

Thanks for the quick response! It was used a few weeks ago. I have tried restarting it.

izbryte, I appreciate you testing that out. For testing purposes, have you tried removing the encryption password from the hotspot connection to test? What type of signal is your hotspot displaying that it is connecting off of: 4G LTE or 3G service?
