I have had my wireless home connect since July 2015 and a lot of my calls are not ringing but going to voicemail. It's not all but a lot of them. I called tech support before and they did a test, but said they found nothing wrong but it is still happening. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, was it fixed and how?
How strong is the signal at your house?
Is it a strong steady signal? Is it a low signal? Do you sometimes lose signal?
If for some reason the Home Phone Connect loses signal at the time a call is being received, it will automatically go to voicemail.
Do you have call forwarding on that line? Dial *73 to disable.

It can't hurt to dial *73 from your phone, regardless, it can ONLY help.
Additionally, when replying via email you should always delete all the text from the message you are replying to. Failure to do this posts your personal information on this forum for all to see such as your name and email address.
