Starting Monday (yesterday) every link results in a message of "connection has been reset". Turned the system off last night (both computer and hotspot). Tuesady morning, the problem returned. Called tech support and got the same stuff, turn it off and turn it on. Problem returned. Surely someoone in Verizon tech support has got a better idea of what this problem is?
You would have to help us determine what is actually failing in your environment. Either your local WiFi is the problem or the Jetpacks connection to the VZW towers is. There are different steps for each to help you isolate the problem.
To determine WiFi problems get yourself a WiFi Analyzer application. Android makes a great and free app called "WiFi Analyzer" that can show you the WiFi airwaves. Take a look at your normal environment and either shoot us a screenshot or describe how crowded it is.
To determine VZW tower / signal problems you need to perform what is known as a Site Survey. Site surveys require you to run performance tests in various locations and compare results. As you navigate around you will see the strengths and weaknesses of the VZW signal in your area.
