What happened to all the extra services we were to receive with the HUM?

Additionally I was told this service was free if we purchased new phone...not so?

ACCIPITER8, we always want to ensure that you have the right expectations with each new purchase. We’ve certainly had several promotions for a free HUM device running in the past. In these cases, the service charges associated with the HUM device were still valid. Can you tell us when you initially purchased the HUM and what other “extra services” you’re referring to? Knowing these details will help us review what promotions were available for the HUM device during that time.
