From your phone, please dial #48 Send and let me know if you hear a confirmation that you are under a Network Extender coverage. Next, please ensure the ethernet cable is connected properly, here is a link that will explain how to check this on your end:

I show a blue light for GPS (and all lights) for our Samsung network extender. I have three bars. However, everyone always says they can't understand me because the call goes in and out and I sound broken up. Should I still consider the gps external antenna?
I have the Samsung network extender. It has worked great for the past year. Tonight it stopped working. SYS light was red. I restarted it by disconnecting power. After initializing the SYS light turned solid green. Did not read about that scenario in the manual or online forums. What does green mean?
