We definitely don't want you to be having issues with your data usage! What type of device do you have? Does this seem to happen in certain areas or at certain times of day? How much of a difference are we seeing in the speed?

We definitely don't want you to be having issues with your data usage! What type of device do you have? Does this seem to happen in certain areas or at certain times of day? How much of a difference are we seeing in the speed?
