I am looking to travel to Europe-France and I would like to use my 4GL-LTE Verizon MiFi?

If your MiFi is global ready then yes.  If not then no.  Only certain MiFi/Jetpack models are global ready.  Check out the specs for your specific MiFi model number to know for sure (something like Novatel MiFi 4620).
