***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. cant respond to support tickets via website, app or sms

it seems like the support service is bugged out. i cant reply with the requested information as the submit button doesn't seem to work. none of my sms responses went through. been trying for days on many devices and networks. i've had a smart watch over a week now that i cant even activate due to a issue on verizon's account system being a dumpster fire. i'm sorry if i come off as rude but this isnt a new issue it seems to be widespread with not even a warning banner on the support page letting people know of a possible issue not to mention that the my verizon app on android has been slow buggy mess for years.
