I have a broadband stick which I really like; but when turn on my computer and the broadband stick, when it asks me if I want to check for updates, there are none anymore.
For the first year or so I had it, it updated at least once a week. So something is not right.
Is there a number I can call to try to get this issue resolved?
Depending on how old it is, the device might no longer be supported.
