Depends on which plan you are on.

  • Nationwide plan overage rate per GB is $10.
  • MoreEverything plan overage rate is $15 per GB, but you can move up each level for $10 (GB Levels: 1,2,3,4,6,8,10,12,etc)

Can I purchase 2 GB for limited time. Or, just a one time purchase?

Making sure that you have enough data to stay connected is essential. May I ask if you ran out to due traveling or have an event to cause more data usage than normal?

If you just need a one-time option for an increase without changing your plan, we offer data boosts. The amount & price can vary based on your plan. You can easily view and add this option via My Verizon: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-205749/
